Epic Homes built 3 townhouses in Titahi Bay for me. I am busy running Moanaroad.co.nz so I didn’t have much time to get involved. But I didn’t need to because Epic are EPIC at taking control of the whole project. I love the level of detail they take care of. The wardrobe systems, the mirrors, cutlery drawers etc. Little things that make a big difference. Plus I love that they take care of all the subcontractors including getting all the services connected up. Often the building process can end in conflict and tension but not when you are working with these guys. Absolute pleasure and I highly recommend using EPIC.
